With over 45 years of leadership in our 104-year-old, fourth-generation business, Ken now serves as Principal & Senior Strategic Advisor and continues as a member of the company’s Advisory Board. Previously serving as CEO/Owner and Chief Growth Officer, he helped guide the organization through multiple market cycles, strategic expansions, and long-term capital partnerships. His leadership played a defining role in shaping the company’s disciplined growth strategy, client relationships, and enduring reputation in the industry. In his current role, he provides board-level counsel and strategic oversight, advising on long-range planning, capital strategy, complex development initiatives, and key relationships. His perspective — grounded in decades of hands-on experience — will ensure continuity of vision and values.
