With an urban planning background, including time in Chicago as a metropolitan planner, Joe made it back to Columbus in 2021 where he worked as a zoning inspector for a local township. With experience in planning, zoning and utilities, Joe brings a variety of strong and relevant skills to the development team. Active with the Southside area commission, his strengths in multi-tasking, problem solving and research are highly valued. Joe is a graduate of Bowling Green State University.
