Brian leads and manages many aspects of our real estate transactions which is critical in ensuring that our projects are legally sound and align with our business objectives. Originally from Binghamton, New York, Brian worked in New York City at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP where he drafted and negotiated real estate transaction documents in the areas of debt and equity, purchase and sale, loan, and third-party agreements. After moving from New York City to Ohio, Brian joined Thompson Hine LLP in Columbus where he continued his work providing full-service real estate work representing lenders, purchasers, sellers and landlords. Brian received his Bachelor of Arts, History and Philosophy, from Colgate University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania.
